- 2 tbsp Avocado about half of a small avocado
- 1 ½ oz. silver Tequila
- 1 ½ oz. freshly squeezed Lime juice
- 1 oz. simple Syrup
- ¾ oz. Cointreau or triple sec
- Lime wedges or twists for garnish
Rim a margarita glass with Tajin or salt, fill with ice, and set aside.
Measure the avocado, tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, and Cointreau into the blender.
Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into the prepared margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or twist.
