- 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts Optional
- 1/4 Cup Raisins Optional
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Water
