- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 Large ripe to over-ripe bananas
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
