- 1½ tbsp butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Cake
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour

- 1 banana mashed
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 egg egg lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp butter melted
In a bowl or directly in your mug, blend the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Mix in the butter, milk, banana, egg, and vanilla until the batter is smooth.
Microwave for 3 minutes, pausing halfway to check.
Let it cool slightly.
In a small bowl, combine all topping ingredients and microwave until they start to bubble.
Pause as needed to prevent overflowing, then continue microwaving for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Stir well, then drizzle over the cooled cake. If you like, add sliced bananas on top and enjoy.
