Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 5.1 oz Instant Banana Pudding
  • 12 crushed Golden Oreos
  • cups Oat Milk divided into ½ and 1¾ cups
  • 1 Banana thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Mix 5.1 ounces of instant banana pudding with 1¾ cups of non-dairy milk, whisking for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
  • In a large liquid measuring cup, combine the pudding, ½ cup of oat milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla, then set aside.
  • Crush 12 Golden Oreos to your preferred size and slice a banana into thin rounds.

  • In the popsicle mold, add a layer of crushed Oreos, followed by some banana slices, then pour in the banana pudding mixture until the molds are about halfway full.
  • Layer again with crushed Oreos, banana slices, and more pudding mixture.
  • Top off with a few more banana slices and crushed Oreos before inserting the popsicle sticks and sealing the molds.
  • Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, allow the banana pudding mixture to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before pouring it into the popsicle molds.
