Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3/4 cup white onion, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 3/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 4 extra large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups  shredded lettuce
  • 4 Tostada shells
  • Homemade Big Mac Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Using a large skillet or sauté pan, cook high-quality ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces with a wooden spoon.
  • Season with salt and pepper, cooking for about 4-5 minutes.
  • Lay large tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Place a spoonful of the cooked meat mixture in the center of each tortilla, roughly the size of a tostada shell.
  • Spread Homemade Big Mac sauce evenly over the meat, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and add a tostada shell or crispy corn tortilla on top.
  • Add shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and minced onions, using fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Fold the edges of the flour tortilla tightly towards the center, creating pleats as you go. In the same skillet or a small saucepan, heat a bit of oil.
  • Place the wrap folded side down and cook over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining wraps and enjoy! Use any leftover Big Mac sauce for dipping.
