Beef Frying
- 1 Small Onion
- 200 g Angus Beef
- 2 Garlic Clove
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 6 Sliced Button Mushrooms
- 30 ml Sesame Oil
- 1 Small Brocolli
Beef Marination
- 1 Miinced Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Fresh Minced Garlic
- 30 ml Soy Sauce
Beef Sauce
- 80 ml Water
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper Grounded
- 30 ml Soy Sauce
- 8 g Cornstarch
- 30 ml Chinese Wine
- 1 tsp Any Granulated Sweetener of your choice
Beef Serving
- 1 Fresh Cilantro
- 1 batch Rice
- 2 Stems Scallions
Beef Sauce
In a little bowl, stir together cornstarch and water until it's smooth. Add in soy sauce, wine, sweetener, and black pepper. Set it aside.
Beef Frying
Heat some oil in a stir fry pan. Put in the garlic and cook it gently for 10 seconds.
Throw in the onion and keep cooking, stirring until it turns golden brown – that usually takes about 1 minute.
Add the mushroom slices and stir fry for another minute until they start to release their water and turn brown.
Now, add the beef that you marinated earlier – but don't pour in the marinade sauce just yet. Stir fry until the outside of the meat gets brown but it's still a bit raw inside.
Toss in the bell pepper and broccoli florets and stir fry for another minute.
Next, pour in the sauce and the rest of the marinade. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens, which usually takes about 1 minute.
