- 1 tsp Ginger minced
- ⅛ tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 lb Package pasta of your choice
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 lb Bok choy washed, chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 Cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup Chicken broth
Cook the pasta following package instructions.
Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté bok choy until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
In a bowl, mix chicken broth, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
Reduce heat, add sauce to bok choy, toss lightly and combine with pasta.
