Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Ginger minced
  • tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb Package pasta of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 lb Bok choy washed, chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 Cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta following package instructions.
  • Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté bok choy until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix chicken broth, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
  • Reduce heat, add sauce to bok choy, toss lightly and combine with pasta.
