Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pounds Chicken Wings
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Hot Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. This will help the wings cook evenly and get crispy all around.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps the seasoning stick better and ensures crispiness.
  • Toss the chicken wings in the seasoned flour mixture until they are evenly coated.
  • Place the coated chicken wings on the wire rack, leaving space between each wing to allow air to circulate.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  • While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce until well combined. You can adjust the amount of hot sauce to your desired level of spiciness.
