Ingredients
  

  • small handful coriander, leaves picked
  • 1 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 2 small naan bread
  • 1 avocado, halved and sliced
  • 4 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp mango chutney

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) or gas mark 6.
  • In a pan, heat the oil and cook the eggs until fried.
  • As the eggs cook, place the naan bread in the oven to warm.
  • Once the naan is heated, spread a layer of cream cheese on each one and drizzle with chutney.
  • Place a fried egg on top of each naan, then add slices of avocado, a squeeze of lime juice, a sprinkle of chili, and fresh coriander.
  • Season to taste and enjoy your delicious creation.
