Ingredients
  

  • ½- inch thick slices Baguette
  • 2 cups Ripe tomatoes
  • ½ cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the baguette or Italian bread slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the bread slices and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir the tomato mixture until well combined and season to taste with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  • Once the bread slices are toasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  • Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto each toasted bread slice.
  • Serve the bruschetta immediately as an appetizer or snack, and enjoy!
