  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Sriracha adjust to taste for spiciness
  • 1/2 tbsp Cold butter
  • 3 Large eggs
  • tsp Chives sliced
  • 1 slice Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 Brioche bun lightly toasted

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients:

  • Cook crispy bacon slices until golden and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  • Soft scramble eggs in butter until just set.
  • Slice sharp cheddar cheese, creamy avocado, and prepare caramelized onions.

Assemble the Sandwich:
