Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Broccoli Chopped
  • 1 cup Radishes thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper as much as you like
  • 1 clove Minced garlic Optional
  • 1 tsp Honey Optional
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard Optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop 2 cups of broccoli into small florets.
  • Thinly slice 1 cup of radishes.
  • In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbspof lemon juice.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the chopped broccoli and sliced radishes together in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli and radishes.
  • Gently toss until the vegetables are evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you want softer broccoli, boil it in water before putting it in the salad.
  • Feel free to toss in other veggies like cherry tomatoes or carrots if you want.
