- 3 1/2 cups shredded Chicken I used rotisserie chicken for convenience
- 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce like Frank’s
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2 cups Low-moisture mozzarella cheese freshly grated (avoid pre-shredded cheese)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly shredded (avoid pre-shredded cheese)
- 12 King's Hawaiian Rolls
- 4 tbsp Butter melted
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic salt
Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, honey, minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Assemble the Sliders: Place the bottom half of the King's Hawaiian Rolls on a sheet pan. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
Top with Rolls: Place the top halves of the rolls on the cheese.
Season and Bake: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Brush this mixture over the top of the rolls. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve!
-
Use Freshly Grated Cheese: Freshly grated mozzarella and Parmesan melt better and have a richer flavor than pre-shredded cheese.
-
Adjust the Spice Level: If you like less heat, use a milder buffalo sauce or mix in a bit more ranch dressing to tone down the spiciness.
-
Preheat Your Oven: Make sure your oven is fully preheated to 350°F (175°C) before baking to ensure even cooking and a nicely melted cheese topping.
