Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Noodle water
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 Portion cooked noodles of choice
  • ½ tsp Toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Chicken bouillon
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine gochujang, gochugaru, soy sauce, chicken bouillon, rice vinegar, garlic powder, sugar, and toasted sesame oil.
  • Prepare the instant ramen as per package instructions.
  • Reserve 1/4 cup of cooking water, then drain the noodles thoroughly.
  • Toss the drained noodles in the prepared sauce, adding reserved noodle water as needed to loosen the mixture.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and seaweed before serving.
