Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • cup milk
  • 15 oz white cake mix
  • cup oil
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, oil, and eggs, whisking them together until well blended.
  • Gradually add the cake mix, stirring gently until just incorporated; it's fine if the batter remains a bit lumpy.
  • Carefully fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin cups, filling them about two-thirds full.
  • If you like, sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for around 20 minutes, or until the muffins are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  • Let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
