Caprioska Recipe
The Caprioska has quickly become our favorite cocktail! This Brazilian drink is super refreshing and tasty, made with just a few simple ingredients: vodka, lime, white sugar, and crushed ice. It's like a fancier version of a vodka soda with lime, and I absolutely love it!

- 1/2 large Lime cut into fourths
- 1 tbsp White sugar
- 1.5 oz Vodka
- Crushed ice
Place the lime pieces in a cup and muddle them until the juice covers the bottom of the cup and the oils and aroma from the peel are released.
Add the sugar and stir well.
Pour in the vodka and fill the glass about 3/4 full with crushed ice. Stir for about 20 seconds, or until the ice starts to melt into the mixture.
Top off with more crushed ice, creating a little ice dome on top of the glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge and a straw, then serve immediately.
- Don't worry if all the sugar doesn't dissolve. One of the best parts of this drink is slurping up the little sugary bits through the straw—it's like drinking a county fair lemonade!
