Ingredients
  

  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 2 Large Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs such as basil, parsley, or cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cauliflower and tomatoes.
  • Chop the cauliflower into small pieces and put them in a big bowl.
  • Cut the tomatoes into small bits and add them to the bowl.
