Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 1 lb  ground meat
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns
  • 10.5 oz cheese soup
  • 10.5 oz Rotel or tomatoes with green chiles

Instructions
 

  • Brown the meat in a skillet and drain off any excess fat.
  • Season with additional garlic, onion, or salt if desired.
  • In a large Crock Pot, combine the browned meat, hash browns, tomatoes with green chiles, cheese soup, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  • Cover the Crock Pot with a lid and cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
