Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken Breast Shredded, cooked, or chopped
  • 2 Ripe Avocados diced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Celery diced
  • 1/4 Red Onion diced (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt optional
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Black pepper for taste
  • Salt {according to taste}

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding the diced or shredded chicken breast to a large mixing bowl.
  • Peel and dice the avocado, then add it to the same bowl.
  • Next, add the diced celery to the bowl.
  • If desired, you can add optional ingredients according to your taste preferences.
