Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Almond butter or any smooth nut butter
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil or melted butter
  • 1/4 cup Liquid allulose or 1/4 cup powdered sweetener + a little water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Nut flour pecan, walnut, or almond
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp Salt if nut butter is unsalted
  • 2 tbsp Mini keto chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Walnuts or pecans optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix almond butter and oil until smooth. Add liquid allulose and vanilla extract, stirring until well combined.
  • Mix in protein powder, nut flour, cocoa powder, and salt until dough forms. If needed, adjust consistency with more oil or flour.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and nuts until evenly distributed.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate until firm. This recipe makes about 20 balls.

Notes

  • For sweeteners: Liquid allulose helps bind the balls together. If using powdered sweetener, add water to help the dough stick.
  • Adjusting consistency: Depending on your nut butter and protein powder, the dough may vary. Add more oil if too stiff; add more flour if too sticky.
