- ¼ banana peppers
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 4 hoagie or sub rolls
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 6 slices of ham
- 6 slices of pepperoni
- 6 slices of salami
- 6 slices of tomato 6 slices of provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Begin by layering shredded lettuce as your base.

Using a sharp knife, chop everything together until it's evenly mixed.
