Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, mixing until combined.
Gently fold in M&M’s, white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and sprinkles.
Scoop dough into 20 balls and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheets. (Optional: Add extra mix-ins on top for decoration.)
Bake for 10-12 minutes, depending on your desired cookie texture.
(Optional) After baking, use a large circular cookie cutter to shape the cookies perfectly.
Let cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack for another 10 minutes.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
