  • 1 15.25-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 14.75-ounce can cream-style corn
  • 1 8-ounce package corn muffin mix (e.g., Jiffy)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 –1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until well blended.
