- 1 14.75-ounce can cream-style corn
- 1 8-ounce package corn muffin mix (e.g., Jiffy)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 –1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a casserole dish with butter or non-stick spray.
