  • 1 Can cream-style corn
  • 1 Package dry corn muffin mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1 Can whole kernel corn

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • In a 9x13 inch casserole dish, grease the interior with butter or cooking spray.
  • Combine 2 cups of kernel corn, 1 cup of cream style corn, 1/2 cup of sour cream, and the contents of a corn muffin mix
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 90 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the casserole comes out clean.
