  • ½ cup cream cheese, at room temperature
  • ½ cup marshmallow creme
  • 1 pint strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Start by using a paring knife to slice off the tops of each strawberry.

  • Cut them in half lengthwise and carefully remove the core.
  • Gently pat the insides dry using a paper towel and set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend the cream cheese and marshmallow crème until the mixture is fluffy, which should take about one minute.
