  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt Greek yogurt or regular yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional, for extra flavor
  • Ice cubes optional, for a colder smoothie

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the fresh strawberries under cold water and remove the stems by hulling them.
