  • 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed and squeezed dry spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt to taste.
