Ingredients
  

  • 10-12 jumbo shrimp raw
  • 1-2 tablespoons ghee or butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cup tablespoons Caesar Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Heat a small or medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon of ghee in the pan.
    Melt 1 tablespoon of ghee
  • Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  • Add more ghee if needed to keep shrimp from drying out.
  • Tear romaine lettuce into a bowl and toss with dressing.
  • Top with shrimp, half an avocado, and parmesan cheese.
  • Serve with grilled bread or croutons.
