- 8 Medium eggs
- 1/3 cup Heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 cup Spinach
- 8 slices Bacon
- Cooking spray
Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Apply cooking spray or melted butter to the muffin tray to grease it.
Mix eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a big basin. Pour the contents into a pouring jug.
Add the chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, and grated cheese to each muffin tin slot. If necessary, gently press down on the filling.
