Ingredients
  

  • 8 Medium eggs
  • 1/3 cup Heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup Spinach
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Apply cooking spray or melted butter to the muffin tray to grease it.
