- 200 grams milkmaid 1/2 tin
- 150 grams Maida
- 60 ml oil
- 100 ml Fanta or Mirinda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2-4 drops vanilla essence optional
Set your oven to 180°C and grease and line your baking dish.
Combine the flour and baking powder twice, then set them away.
Mix the oil, vanilla essence, and sweetened condensed milk together in a big bowl using a whisk.
Slowly pour the flour mixture and Fanta into the bowl while mixing slowly until everything is combined.
In a pan that has been lined, pour the cake batter. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Let it cool all the way down.
For serving, take the cake out of the pan, dust it with powdered sugar, and cut it into pieces. Have fun eating your tasty Fanta cake!
