- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese
- 1 Bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Can pitted black olives
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 Head romaine lettuce- rinsed, dried and chopped
- 2 Large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
In a large bowl, mix together romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, and red onion.
Sprinkle with feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper.
