Ingredients
  

  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Can pitted black olives
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Head romaine lettuce- rinsed, dried and chopped
  • 2 Large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 6 Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, and red onion.
  • Sprinkle with feta cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss thoroughly to combine, and serve immediately.
