Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 3 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups Flous
  • 3 cups Coarsely chopped fresh, unpeeled Apples
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3/4 cups Wesson oil
  • 1 cup Coarsely chopped, Walnuts
  • 2 Large, beaten eggs

Instructions
 

  • Set oven temperature to 350°F.
  • The first four ingredients should be combined in a large mixing basin and gently stirred until smooth.
  • Combine the soda, flour, and salt in a sieve. Make it like that of dough rather than cake batter.
  • 200 strokes by hand are required.
  • The apples will add moisture to the dough, making it more wet but still thick and chunky.
  • Fold in the nuts and apples.Cut wax paper into strips, then line the tube pan's bottom.
  • Fill the tube pan with the cake batter.Bake for one hour.
  • Allow to cool on a wire rack, then remove the cake from the pan with the aid of the wax paper.
