Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strong black coffee 470 g, cooled
  • 1 ½ cups sweetened cream 355 mL
  • 3 oz irish whiskey 90 mL
  • 1 bar chocolate melted

Instructions
 

Prepare Coffee Ice Cubes:

  • Pour the strong black coffee into ice cube molds and freeze for 4–6 hours or until solid.

  • Pour sweetened cream into separate ice cube molds and freeze alongside the coffee.

Whip the Cream:

  • Whip the remaining sweetened cream until soft peaks form, then set aside for topping.

  • Blend 4 frozen coffee cubes with 1.5 oz of Irish whiskey until foamy.

  • Add 2 frozen sweetened cream cubes and 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate to the blender. Blend until smooth.
