  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat mat and set it aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  • In a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the vanilla and eggs until well combined.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just incorporated.
  • Finally, fold in the Fruity Pebbles until evenly distributed.
  • Roll approximately 2 tablespoons of dough into balls and space them 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
