  • 2 tsp Mustard Wholegrain
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 Gammon Steaks
  • 2 tsp Olive oil

  • Prepare the glaze by mixing olive oil, mustard, and honey.

  • Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Notes

While gammon steaks are already cooked, gaman steaks are not. After gammon is cooked, it turns into gammon. Thus, uncooked gammon steaks are referred to as gammon steaks by those at the back. Because you are simply reheating them, gammon steaks cook more quickly.
