Grilled Broccolini Recipe
Grilling veggies gives them a yummy flavor, and broccolini is no different! Just add olive oil and garlic, and you've got a tasty side dish ready in 15 minutes. It goes great with any main course—chicken, meat, or seafood. Sometimes, I even eat it with eggs for a meatless meal, topped with hollandaise sauce. Have you got leftovers? No problem! Just store them in the fridge for 3-4 days. To reheat, either use the microwave at half power or heat them up in a 350°F oven. Or, enjoy them cold, like antipasti.

Knife
- 2 packs Baby broccolini each about 10 ounces
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Lemon pepper or regular pepper
- 1 –2 tbsp Olive oil or olive oil spray
- 1 Lemon if you want
Heat your grill to medium heat.
Put the broccolini on a plate.
Pour a bit of olive oil or spray it over the broccolini so it's all covered. You might need to use your hands to make sure it's all coated.
Sprinkle salt and lemon pepper on the broccolini.
Put the broccolini on the grill and cook for around 5 minutes. Turn them occasionally until they look a bit charred.
Take them off the grill. If you want, you can squeeze some lemon juice on top before serving.
- Don't let your grill get too hot, or the broccolini will burn before it gets soft.
- How long you cook depends on how thick the broccolini is. Thicker ones take about 8 minutes, while thinner ones only need 3-4 minutes.
- You can save any leftovers in the fridge in a sealed container for 3-4 days. Heat them in the microwave at half power or the oven at 350°F.
