Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole octopus cleaned (about 2-3 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
