- 8 oz. Brie cheese wheel or wedge
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts pecans, or a combination
- 2 Tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- crackers apple slices etc. for serving
Preheat oven to 350°F. Score the top of the Brie rind with a knife (about 1/4 inch from the edge). Place Brie on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the center is melted. Alternatively, microwave for 3-5 minutes.
While the Brie bakes, toast the nuts in a medium pan over medium heat until fragrant and golden.
Stir in honey, cinnamon, and salt to coat the nuts.
Once Brie is done, remove the top rind (if needed), then pour the nut mixture over the cheese.
Serve immediately with crackers, apple slices, or bread.
