Hot Honey

- ¼ cup Liquid honey
Whipped Ricotta
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Ground pepper Pinch
- Zest from half a lemon
- 2 cups Fresh ricotta
- Juice from half a lemon
