Ingredients
  

  • ¼ tsp sea salt 
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, very finely minced
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp crushed or ground red pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, honey, minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, olive oil, and salt in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Alternatively, use a small mason jar with a tight lid and shake vigorously.
  • Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt or honey to taste.
  • Before serving, shake or whisk the vinaigrette if it separates.
