- ½ cup melted Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup White wine
- 2 lb Clams cleaned
- ½ cup Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Press the "Sauté" button on your Instant Pot and add the melted butter.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until it turns golden brown.
Pour in the white wine and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Add the cleaned clams, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together.
Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
When the cooking time is up, perform a quick pressure release.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

- For a slightly different texture, you can cook the clams for 2 minutes and allow for a natural pressure release.
