Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces bacon diced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken
  • 8 ounce cream cheese cubed
  • 1 teaspoon dried or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried or 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried or 1 teaspoon fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Set your Instant Pot to sauté on high and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  • Pour the chicken broth into the pot, then add the chicken.

  • Place the cream cheese on top of the chicken and sprinkle with parsley, dill, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Secure the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure, and cook for 12 minutes.
