- ½ cup Fuji apple vinaigrette dressing
- 2 cups flat leaf kale
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1 fuji apple, cored & shredded
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
Remove the stems from the kale leaves and discard them.
Slice the kale leaves thinly and place them in a large bowl.
