Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Fuji apple vinaigrette dressing
  • 2 cups flat leaf kale
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 fuji apple, cored & shredded
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stems from the kale leaves and discard them.
  • Slice the kale leaves thinly and place them in a large bowl.
  • Combine all the ingredients together with sliced apples by tossing gently.
  • You can serve it right away or refrigerate it until you're ready to enjoy it.
