- 2/3 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 Splash vanilla
- 1 cup Plain kefir milk
- 1 Pinch sea salt
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup or honey
- 1/3 cup Fruits or berries
In a glass jar with a lid, combine the oats, kefir, and either maple syrup or honey.
If you're including any additional ingredients, add them now.
