Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Chia, hemp or flax seeds
  • 2/3 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 Splash vanilla
  • 1 cup Plain kefir milk
  • 1 Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup or honey
  • 1/3 cup Fruits or berries

Instructions
 

  • In a glass jar with a lid, combine the oats, kefir, and either maple syrup or honey.
  • If you're including any additional ingredients, add them now.
  • Secure the lid tightly and shake the jar until all ingredients are well mixed.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours, then enjoy!
