- 1 head cabbage riced
- 2 tablespoons ghee or butter
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- salt & ground black pepper to taste
Heat ghee in a skillet until melted and hot.
