Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cabbage riced
  • 2 tablespoons ghee or butter
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • salt & ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a skillet until melted and hot.
  • Add turmeric, curry, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Add riced cabbage and mix until coated with the spices.
  • Cover with a lid and let it simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes.
