- 1 pound peeled and de-veined shrimp
- 3 cloves garlic grated or finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley plus extra for garnishing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Lemon wedges
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and set aside.
