- 6 servings Mashed potatoes
- 1 24 oz package Popcorn chicken, cooked
- 1 15 oz can Corn, drained and heated
- 1 package Beef gravy prepared
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Prepare the Mashed Potatoes: Make 6 servings of instant mashed potatoes or homemade mashed potatoes.
Cook the Chicken: Prepare the popcorn chicken according to the package instructions.
Heat the Corn: Warm the corn in the microwave or on the stovetop, whichever you prefer.
Make the Gravy: Prepare the beef gravy using a brown gravy packet.
Assemble the Bowls: In each bowl, layer the mashed potatoes, corn, chicken, gravy, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- You can use instant or homemade mashed potatoes.
- For a variation, use mac and cheese instead of mashed potatoes, omitting the corn and gravy.
- Chicken strips can also be used; just cut them into pieces to top the bowls.
