- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 packages Knorr Chicken and Broccoli Rice
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken OR 2 Precooked Seasoned Chicken Breasts
- 4 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 12 oz Bag Frozen Broccoli Florets
Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a 9x13-inch baking dish, combine both packs of Knorr rice, the two cans of soup, and 1 cup of chicken broth.
Mix until everything is well blended.
Next, add the frozen broccoli and stir.
Incorporate the shredded chicken and then the 1 cup of cheese, mixing thoroughly after each addition (you can add all three ingredients at once, but mixing individually can be easier).
Top the casserole with a sprinkle of cheese (use your judgment for the amount), and do not mix.
Crush Cheez Its and evenly distribute them over the cheese layer, again measuring as you like.
Melt half a stick of butter and drizzle it over the Cheez Its.
Bake uncovered at 350°F for 35 minutes.
