  • 1 box Cheez-Its
  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 packages Knorr Chicken and Broccoli Rice
  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken OR 2 Precooked Seasoned Chicken Breasts
  • 4 tbsp Butter (melted)

  • Mix until everything is well blended.
  • Next, add the frozen broccoli and stir.
  • Incorporate the shredded chicken and then the 1 cup of cheese, mixing thoroughly after each addition (you can add all three ingredients at once, but mixing individually can be easier).

  • Top the casserole with a sprinkle of cheese (use your judgment for the amount), and do not mix.
  • Crush Cheez Its and evenly distribute them over the cheese layer, again measuring as you like.

  • Melt half a stick of butter and drizzle it over the Cheez Its.

  • Bake uncovered at 350°F for 35 minutes.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute the chicken with cooked turkey or leftover rotisserie chicken for added flavor.
  • For extra veggies, consider adding chopped bell peppers or spinach along with the broccoli.
