- 1 Jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 3 cups Vegetable stock
- 1 Zucchini, halved and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 3 cup Water
- 4 Green onions, chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- ½ Package firm tofu, drained and cube
- 2 tbsp Korean soy bean paste
In a saucepan over high heat, bring vegetable stock and water to a boil.
Add garlic and soybean paste, stirring until the paste is fully dissolved.
Add tofu, green onion, zucchini, and jalapeño to the pot.
